Planning
We are pleased to advise that full planning permission was granted by Swansea Council on 19th October 2026 (Application Ref: 2025/1746/FUL) for the ‘Conversion of former chapel to holiday accommodation with provision of vehicular access, off-road parking and turning area and associated external alterations’.
The approved scheme provides a three bedroom holiday let extending to approximately 144 sq.m. (1,550 sq.ft.) over ground and first floors. The ground floor comprises an entrance porch, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, utility room and a bedroom with en-suite. A galleried first floor landing overlooks the double height living area and provides two further bedrooms, each with en-suite. Externally, the scheme includes a new vehicular access, a gravelled parking and turning area and landscaped grounds, with the former community hall to be retained as storage ancillary to the holiday accommodation.
The permission is subject to a number of conditions, including restricting the use of the chapel to holiday accommodation only (Use Class C6), the keeping of a register of occupiers, the removal of certain permitted development rights and the prior approval of landscaping, external materials, foul drainage and boundary treatment details.
A copy of the Decision Notice and approved plans is available from the Agents upon request. All interested parties should make their own enquiries of the Local Planning Authority.
* Generally speaking Guide Prices are provided as an indication of each seller's minimum expectation, i.e. 'The Reserve'. They are not necessarily figures which a property will sell for and may change at any time prior to the auction. Virtually every property will be offered subject to a Reserve (a figure below which the Auctioneer cannot sell the property during the auction) which we expect will be set within the Guide Range or no more than 10% above a single figure Guide.

By setting a proxy bid, the system will automatically bid on your behalf to maintain your position as the highest bidder, up to your proxy bid amount. If you are outbid, you will be notified via email so you can opt to increase your bid if you so choose.
If two of more users place identical bids, the bid that was placed first takes precedence, and this includes proxy bids.
Another bidder placed an automatic proxy bid greater or equal to the bid you have just placed. You will need to bid again to stand a chance of winning.
